The Emergency Road Service Coalition of America (ERSCA) was formed in 2012, originally titled The United Coalition for Motor Club Safety (“The Coalition”), created by a group of California tow company owners in their desire to improve working conditions for towing and recovery companies, as well as ensure the safety of their members and the public they serve.
